Terms of service

By signing up for NextStation QC you agree to the following: you will use the service to manage quality data for the company you represent, you will not attempt to access another tenant’s data, and you will pay the subscription fees agreed at checkout for as long as your subscription is active.

Your subscription auto-renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. There are no early-cancellation fees.

We provide the service “as is,” subject to commercially reasonable uptime efforts. Customer-impacting outages are tracked and disclosed.

For Enterprise customers, an MSA with redlined uptime, indemnity, and DPA is available — contact sales.
